The instructions are only a picture that does not show exactly how the pieces fit together. However I am experienced in DIY projects and have all the tools required so it took only an hour to assemble. Time will tell how well it holds up. My usage will be light household moving.The Dolly was well made. It is easy to assemble. Feels heavy duty.You have to practically SLAM it to keep it shut is the biggest problem we see in the warehouse. Other than that it works pretty well. It holds weight well enough and turns corners ok too. Just not like our other ones. I guess for the money it is good.Truck seems to be good quality with the exception of the cotter pins for the axle (should be much stronger). Not sure how the wheels will hold up (not the best quality). The assembly instructions are one of the worst I have ever used. There are not written instructions (only a picture diagram that's hard to figure out). It took me 3 hours to assemble 6 parts. And I used to assemble hand trucks where I worked.This hand truck/cart is durable and well made. There is some assembly required. A handywoman I am not. I did manage to assemble the loose parts to this hand truck/cart. So if I can do it, I think anyone can manage it. It maneuvers beautifully even with heavy loads. Stairs and tight corners are no problem. The large tires make it useful in the garden as well. The tires won't sink down in the lawn or soil. This hand truck/cart has been indispensable to me and has had continuous use.Love the item very usefulThe cart is a lighter weight than my previous cart, but equal in workhorse capacity. I use this to haul things to our houseboat down our docks. It is fairly quiet and does a great job. Wheels are quiet and we can load multiple boxes, plus use the handles to hang extra stuff on. Thank you. We love it!It did not take much time to assemble this hand-truck although it helped that my daughter was the one who didi the work and I just stood by. The only thing we noticed is that the wheel attachment, very simple that it is, ends up with a slight wobble when using.
