This was the first refurbished fan I ever purchased, which I was a little reluctant to get. After opening the box and putting the fan together, it was exactly as described and what I wanted. Aside from not having the original box, everything appeared brand new and was wrapped as such.The fan is very quiet. The only noise is from the air moving. On high, it moves a good amount of air, which is what I wanted.The fan looks great! The light puts out plenty of light for the room. Bulbs are included. The blades are dark brown on one side and black on the other. I chose to show the black side because of my room but that is preference, of course.It did not come with a remote but was not expecting it since a remote was not in the description. The positive on that was I could add a remote that looks the same as all other ceiling fan remotes in my house.The ONLY negative about this is the fan needed to be balanced after putting it up. There were not weights in the box but the installation instructions did not mention balancing so I'm thinking the manufacturer would not normally supply. I was still able to balance the fan so it does not move at all when it runs.
