I ordered (2) of these and both of them came to us broken. The fan blades on both were broken. One of the motors had the wiring harness broken and the other had a piece of the motor broken off of it. Really disappointed that the vendor did not protect the contents of my order from the shipping personnel. We needed these motors to be in working order as they were an immediate need for our dietary equipment. TWO THUMBS DOWN!!!
